How do email and WhatsApp follow-ups work?
Select contacts, choose a template and review the message. Email goes out from your connected mailbox. WhatsApp messages open in WhatsApp for you to send, or go out through your connected WhatsApp Business account.
What happens without internet at the venue?
You can keep capturing offline. Processing, enrichment, sending and sync continue when you reconnect. Review Drafts for any capture that needs a correction or another attempt.
Can I switch to Habsy from CamCard, HiHello or another app?
