01 / The challenge
Plenty of information to share. Only so much paper to carry.
Visitors wanted product information to take away. Every handout depended on the stock the team could carry to the booth.
Wonder Signs serves the sign, graphics, screen printing, display and industrial markets. At events, visitors ask for product information they can compare and come back to after the show.
The team used to print around 350 brochures, 700 to 900 flyers and 500 business cards for every event, at $1,000 to $3,000 a show. When stock ran low, sharing the right material got harder.
Visitors left with paper and the team collected business cards, but that exchange rarely recorded what each person actually wanted.
02 / The change
One QR. Information out. Enquiries back.
A Habsy Business digital card brought the company details, brochures, catalogues and an enquiry form into one place visitors open on their phones.
Build the card. Add the material.
The Business digital card can be built from a website, a LinkedIn page, a business card or by hand. The team added its brochures and catalogues.
Share it through the QR.
The booth QR takes visitors straight to the company details and the files. They keep the link and can open it again after the show.
Let the visitor share the requirement.
The enquiry form collects a name, contact details and what the visitor needs. Each enquiry arrives as a contact for the team to follow up.

03 / The results
A smaller print run. A more useful follow-up list.
The team kept a reduced supply of handouts while every brochure and catalogue stayed available on the digital card. Enquiries arrived with requirements, so follow-up had a clear purpose.
82% lower printing spend
Per-event printing fell from $1,000 to $3,000 to $180 to $540, a saving of $820 to $2,460 at every show.
150+ enquiries with a requirement
Visitors told the team what they needed through the enquiry form, not just who they were.
Engagement the team can see
200+ card visits per event, with about half of visitors downloading a brochure.
Earlier, we depended on printed brochures, catalogues, and business cards at the stall. With Habsy, visitors can open our digital profile, access the material, and send us their details and requirements. That has made a real difference: we print less, spend far less on brochures and flyers per show, and after the event we have enquiries that tell us what people need. It gives our team a much clearer starting point for follow-up.
04 / Beyond a digital business card
A place to explore. A way to enquire. A reason to follow up.
The digital card did more than replace a brochure. It gave visitors a way to tell the team what they wanted.
Visitors keep the material
Company details, brochures and catalogues stay on the card, so visitors can return to the link instead of the paper they carried home.
Digital business cards →Enquiries arrive as contacts
Each enquiry lands in Habsy with the visitor’s details and requirement, ready to filter and follow up.
Event lead capture →Engagement becomes visible
QR analytics show how many people opened the card and engaged with it. Visitors are identified only when they send an enquiry.
See how exhibitors use Habsy →$6,560 to $19,680 less on print.
At $820 to $2,460 saved per show across 8 events, the digital card paid back in printing alone, before counting the 150+ enquiries.
In summary
Habsy's summary of the story
The digital card helped Wonder Signs leave each event with more than a stack of business cards.
Digital material cut the dependence on print, and the enquiry form turned visitor interest into requirements the team could act on after the show.
Clear answers
The Business digital card, explained.
Can I add brochures and catalogues to a Habsy digital card?
Yes. The Business digital card holds your company details, services and files such as brochures and catalogues. Visitors open them from the QR code or link on their own phone. Wonder Signs India uses this to cut its event printing by 70%.
How do visitors send their requirements through a digital card?
Add an enquiry form to your card and choose its fields, such as name, company, contact details and requirement. When a visitor submits it, the enquiry arrives in Habsy as a contact.
Can I see who opened my digital card?
QR analytics show how many people opened and engaged with your card, not who they were. A visitor is identified only when they submit the enquiry form.
Is the digital card free?
Every Habsy account includes two free digital cards, a Professional digital card for you and a Business digital card for your company, shared by QR code, NFC or link. Card analytics are part of Habsy Plus.
Share the catalogue.
Capture the requirement.
Give visitors your brochures on a digital card, and let them tell you what they need before they leave the booth.
