We use OpenAI as the AI service provider for these capabilities. Where AI is used for email template generation, the feature operates only on the text and instructions that the user manually enters into the application for drafting purposes. Users can review, modify, accept, or discard any generated output before using it. We provide these AI-assisted capabilities to support user productivity while keeping users in control of final decisions and content.
How AI is used
