AI Transparency
We believe users should have clear visibility into how artificial intelligence is used within our platform. Our application uses AI to support selected features and operational needs across the product, including tasks such as drafting assistance, content improvement, summarization, and other feature-specific productivity enhancements.
We use OpenAI as the AI service provider for these capabilities. Where AI is used for email template generation, the feature operates only on the text and instructions that the user manually enters into the application for drafting purposes. Users can review, modify, accept, or discard any generated output before using it. We provide these AI-assisted capabilities to support user productivity while keeping users in control of final decisions and content.

User control
AI-generated content is provided only as assistance. Users remain responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use, edit, or discard any suggested output. Our platform does not require users to rely on AI-generated content, and final decisions always remain with the user.

For email template generation specifically, AI is used only on the text and instructions that the user manually enters into the application. This feature is intended to help users prepare draft content more efficiently. Users can revise the generated content before saving, copying, or sending it.
